Welcome to YoungCoderz After school program.We offer courses in two groups as part of our afterschool curriculum .

NB: Students who want to try out the coding club are welcome for the first session as trial, free of cost !

Year 3,4 and 5 - YoungCoderz Junior - Scratch Game Programming - 10 Thursdays from 2.30 to 4.00 pm starting Mar 10th

Year 6 and 7- YoungCoderz Senior - Python Game Programming - 10 Mondays from 2.30 to 4.00 pm starting Mar 14th

Year 8 and above - YoungCoderz Senior - Python Game Programming - 10 Mondays from 3 to 4.00 pm starting Mar 14th

Course Fee:

For Year 3,4,5,6 and 7 : 2240 NOK per Semester
For year 8 and above : 1800 NOK per Semester

Courses for 2021-2022 are divided into two semesters.Semester 1 is from September to February and Semester 2 is from March to June.
This semester consists of 10 weekly sessions. Each session's duration is 90 mins.
Sessions will be conducted on the school premises.

In every session,
1. A new concept will be introduced progressively.
2. Concepts are practiced by making a games/art/app/websites.
3. Additional challenge activities are given to explore further on the concepts learnt.
4. Puzzle based extra activities are provided to strengthen their coding vocabulary and understanding.
5. Kahoots will be played to refresh the concepts learnt.

Last session will be a presentation day for the parents to see their child's projects over the 10 weeks
Level completion certificate will be distributed and information about the next level will also be provided in the last session.

Note: Registration is confirmed only after the payment is done.We need minimum of 6 students.
Otherwise,course will be cancelled and money will be refunded.Further details will be communicated via email near the course start date.
